Unreliable and Waste Of time
I ordered some flowers and cakes for my in-laws for their anniversary and flowers for my Mom for Mothers Day. This meant a lot to me. The order was supposed to be delivered on 13th May. They delivered flowers on 12th May. The other 2 orders have not been delivered. All I get is a "mail saying, we are sorry. do you want us to process this order". This has happened twice. The contact centre is a disgrace, after I got through, I was kept on hold listening to their silly jingle for 15mins. No option but to disconnect the line.
Goes without saying that I will never ever use their service. I feel sorry for businesses in hard times but if this is the kind of customer service then it is best to avoid such web outlets.
Against ferns and petals
I placed 2 orders with ferns and petals . The first
order 701032002 was a birthday gift which was
to be delivered at midnight for which I paid a
sum of rs . 300 extra . Due to untimely delivery ,
ferns and petals issued me a gift certificate of rs.300 (701032002 a ) instead of refunding the
The next order I placed ( 7010962904) was for
the occassion of mother 's day worth rs . 549 . I
used the gift certificate while making the
payment and paid the remaining 249 / - Via
debit card .
But to my luck fnp never delivered my order

Now I've been calling the company since 13 th
may,2012 to get the amount refunded but its
been more than a month now and the
company has just refunded rs . 249 / - . I am
still waiting for the remaining 300 / - ( Gift
certificate amount) to be credited to my account .
Each time I call , the customer care executives make some excuse and put me on indefinite hold. Each time I mail , I just receive the new request number but no action has
been taken till now. I am really annoyed with
the ignorant behaviour of ferns and petals .
Please look into the matter .
They are taking clients granted
I ordered one gift for my mother on 6th of May, which had to delivered on 9th may. When i didnt recieve any confirmation on 9th. i called them they told me that my order has been cancelled. I mailed them my transaction ID and bank details but they told me that payment has been cancelled and will refund me after some time.
They didnt informed me about the payment problem, they should inform me about they payment status at same time. They send me a mail that they have informed me about they payment. i asked them to forward me that mail. since then they didnt respond me.
