Ferns n Petals - Ferns n Petals rips off cutomers
Ferns and Petals claims to be the option for words but it deeds are entirely opposite. It has played with my emotion. I wanted to surprise my fiance on valentine but I could not. I booked an order on 14th of Feb to get it delivered at a place in Delhi/Ncr. The maximum time limit that was given, was 15th of Feb, but to9day is 16th and product is yet not delivered. The company charged 3 times more than the market rate and money was paid at the time of booking only.. Neither they returned my money nor they have delivered it yet. They are simply ripping off customers.
Wrong Product Deliveres
I ordered a LINDT SWISS CLASSIC DARK
and they sent me a wrong product
LINDT EXCELLENCE DARK
I complained to them by writing a mail and attaching pics of the wrong product and
attaching the order sheet.
I demanded a refund.
I followed up for 4 days on calls and mail only to be responded by their support team
that in order to get a refund I should reject the delivery.
Now how would someone know what product is deliverd unless I accept and open it.
But they are not ready to accept their mistake and refund my cash.
I want my money to be refunded that is 899 Rs and that they be punished with a fine which is 10 times my loss to teach them a lesson.
Cheating, fraud or plain inefficient
I had placed order no. 700533009 on 30th August for delivery of flowers on the occasion of Birthday but not delivery same day as per order.
I wrote to them emails - but no replies.
their phone are not reachable anymore.
They have cheated me...
